This project is located on the east side of 28th Ave S between S 312th Street and S 308th Lane.

PROJECT SCOPE

This project will construct a new Joint Operations and Maintenance Facility for the City of Federal Way’s Parks, Public Works, Community Development, and Police Departments.

Bond Proceeds: $53 Million

SWM Fund (Frontage Improvements): $1,185,000

Transportation Capital (Frontage Improvements): $2,250,000

Police Fund: $335,000

Utility and Other: $530,000

PROJECT UPDATE

7/10/24:  Corpinc Construction Company is the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. City Council scheduled to award contract on July 16, 2024. Anticipate construction start the beginning of August 2024.
