Description
This project shall consist of: construction of a compact roundabout, roadway grind and overlay, storm drainage improvements, illumination improvement, and other associated work. The City anticipates awarding this project to the successful bidder and intends to give Notice to Proceed as soon as the Contract and all required documents are executed in full. Regardless of the date of award or Notice to Proceed, the Contractor must complete all work within 90 working days. All bif proposals shall be in accordance with the Contract and all bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit or bond in the amount required in the Contract. Forfeiture of the proposal bond or deposit to the City shall be in accordance with the Contract.
