Description

PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
The City of Federal Way (“City”) is requesting proposals for the purpose of contracting for conflict public defender services for indigent criminal defendants. The City’s needs are outlined in the following Request for Proposal (“RFP”).

 

TIME SCHEDULE:

The City will use the following timetable, which should result in a selection of a firm by approximately November 1, 2021. Proposals will be accepted from September 30, 2021, to October 15, 2021.
