Qualifications
The bid price shall include everything necessary for the completion of the Contract and the Work including, but not limited to, furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, freight charges, facilities and all management, superintendence, labor and service, except as may be provided otherwise in the Contract Documents. All Washington State sales tax and other government taxes, assessments, and charges shall be included in the various Bid item prices as required by law. The offer shall remain in effect ninety (90) days after the bid opening. Base bid would be between $550K-$575K

The City anticipates awarding this project to the successful bidder and intends to give Notice to Proceed as soon as the Contract and all required documents are executed in full. Regardless of the date of award or Notice to Proceed, the Contractor must complete all work within 45 working days.
